According to principle of fracture mechanics, in the operation process of vibrating screen, the deck base shakes and has bending fatigue. Thus, the deck base, sideboard and some other parts will easily deform or fracture. Many customers wonder the reasons about this problem. In this article, we mainly introduce the reasons about solutions about fracture in vibrating screen.
After long-time service, there will be permanent deformation in the anti-vibrating spring because the rubber perishes or the long time force, leading to the failure of anti-vibrating spring. The failure of anti-vibrating spring will cause the height difference of the fulcrums of the 4 sets of anti-vibrating springs. And the amplitudes of the parts in vibrating screen will also be different, causing the fracture of connection parts in vibrating screen or the crack of welded junctions of connecting pieces.
To solve this problem, operator should check the anti-vibrating spring regularly. Besides, generally, the material to make the spring is 60Si2MnA and its temperature of heat treatment should reach to HRC45-50.
The eccentric gear in vibration exciter is mainly used to make the vibrating screen vibrates and its weight directly affect the amplitude of vibrating screen. If there is deviation in the eccentric gear weight, the excited force produced in the operation process will disperse. Reflecting on the screen deck, it shows the inconformity of amplitudes in each part, causing the fracture of connection parts or crack of welded junctions.
While installing the vibration exciter, after connecting the vibration exciter with universal coupling, with the effect of transmission shaft torque force, the plumb line of eccentric gear will not coincide with the natural plumb line. In this case, amplitudes of each part in vibrating screen will not uniformity, causing the fracture of connection parts or crack of welded junctions.
Another reason that cause the fracture of vibrating screen might be the screen plate is too thin. To solve this problem, operator should thicken the side board or add an extra board in order to strengthen the rigidity of vibrating screen. In this case, the deck base will not so easy to fracture.
