Raymond roller mill drawings of working principle
YGM Raymond roller mills are mainly composed of main engine, analysis machine, blower, cyclone separator, pipeline device and motor. The main machine is composed of a frame, an inlet volute, a blade, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, a casing and a motor.
During work, the supplied material is scooped up by the blade, placed between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for repeated crushing and crushing, and the high-speed airflow introduced by the lower blower blows the ground powder to the upper end for analysis. The machine is sieved, and the particles satisfying the particle size requirement are separated and collected by the cyclone collector, and then discharged by the unloader to be the finished powder, and the airflow is sucked into the blower by the return air pipe at the upper end of the cyclone collector. Undesirable particles are thrown away from the airflow by the blades of the analyzer and fall into the grinding disc for regrind.
